Term 4 Week 5 - Dress Rehearsal for Cultural for the school and the theatre show

Term 3 Week 1 & 2 - Start back at school and the Powhiri for new teachers and students in Rowandale school

Term 2 Week 9 & 10 - The last Assembly for the Term to celebrate the students achievement before the holiday

These students were presenting their speeches about bullying in the assembly.

Highlight for Term 2 Week 7 & 8 - Trip to Ferguson Intermediate for the Science Expo and the Safety when approaching dogs.

Kaya and Bishope were working on one of the Science expo.
These children were observing some of the Science experiments.

T26 Week 5 - Highlight - Samoan language week Opening on Monday and the Friday celebration Assembly

Term 2 Week 3 - Recognition of Teacher Aides and Support staff work in the school

Geneva was presented with a thank you card,  a lei, and a flower.
These are not all the support staff because some of them went on trips and some are at camp with the Senior classes.
Senior classes were presenting some thank you card for our school caretakers.

T26 were writing about a Champion or a Hero of their choice.

Term1 Week 7 - Highlight for this week - We had our silent moment assembly in front of the flag pole before our school assembly.

T26 and T12 had a Buddy class get together discussing and sharing about their Hero or Champion, then follow up by watching a video to finish off their afternoon.
This is another type of equipment that student can use to support them if they find it difficult to float on their backs.
Students had their swimming lesson this week using different types of equipments in the water for their safety.

Term 1 Week 6 - Highlight of this week - Children were working hard in their learning . A huge massacre in Christchurch on Friday.

This group is working on their Journal writing.  After lunch, on Friday that's when a terrorist attack begins in 
              Christchurch while our children were still at school.  Our sympathy and prayers are with them at this time of sadness.
